Läufer und Dame gleich groß (zumindest bei meiner Lieferung)

Eigentlich schöne Figuren, allerdings fehlten die weißen Läufer. Schon etwas dumm, da es sich um ein Geschenk handelte. Nach wiederholten Emails wurden dann die Läufer nachgeliefert, jedoch in der falschen Größe. Weitere Email wurde wieder mal nicht beantwortet. Mal sehen, wie es weitergeht...

Wonderful pieces and board from Chess Tigers with great customer service!

I bought these for my son as a christmas present together with a board (40cm). He loves the board and the figures - he did say that they could be a bit heavier but it started him playing chess again. I initially ordered staunton 6 figures which were to big for the board - I don't know much about chess and just went by appearance. Instead of just processing the order, chess tigers contacted me and asked if I wanted smaller pieces or a larger board. I changed the figures to number 3 and they gave me a discount instead of asking for the additional money. My son and I will definately be buying again from chess tigers!
